How much do they attenuate?
NIVEAU Switch has adjustable attenuation across three levels (23–45 dB). You turn the earplug directly and choose how much sound gets in — from strong attenuation to a light attenuation where you can still follow along.

Good to know: NIVEAU Switch reduces the noise while keeping the clarity — they don't shut the world out completely. You still hear your surroundings, just calmer and more comfortable.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. Order before 2 pm on weekdays and your order ships the same day. You'll get a tracking link once the parcel is sent, so you can follow it on the way. We deliver both to parcel shops and to your address.
What are they made of?
The earplugs are made from soft, BPA-free silicone with a sturdy core and an adjustable filter that reduces noise without degrading sound quality. The soft eartips stay comfortable hour after hour, and 4 sizes are included so you find just the right fit. The design is discreet and sleek — reusable and easy to clean.
Warranty & returns
You have a 2-year warranty from the day you receive the item. If there is a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it at no extra cost. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or modifications to the product.

You have 14 days' right of return from the day you receive the item. The items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received. Write to info@niveauearplugs.com before sending the item back, and we'll help you further.
