30-day return policy

You have a 30-day right of return on items purchased in our webshop. If you regret your purchase within this period, you will receive a refund, provided that the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. The 30 days apply from the day you receive the product. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 30 days via the contact form. 

How to return your order

1. Pack the item securely

Place the product and the delivery note back in the original packaging – or use another suitable package. Seal the package thoroughly with tape and attach the return label to the outside. Remember to cover the old shipping label if you are reusing the packaging.

2. Send the package back

Return the package to a parcel shop via the following address:

Drop off the package at your nearest post office or parcel shop.

3. Refund

Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days via your bank or the credit card you used for the purchase. (often sooner)

You cover the shipping costs for returns – Niveau Earplugs does not refund these.
