Terms of Trade

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, taxes and duties.

Niveau Earplugs reserves the right for items to be sold out and for typographical errors. When you order an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation by email; this confirms that we have received your order. A binding purchase agreement has thereby been entered into. If you do not receive a confirmation after your purchase, this may be due to an incorrect email address or the confirmation landing in your spam filter. Please contact us via the contact form if you have any questions about your order. We always strive to help you as quickly as possible.

Delivery in Denmark

Delivery takes 1-2 business days. If you buy for more than DKK 400, shipping is free. If you buy for less than DKK 400, delivery costs between DKK 45-55 depending on the delivery method.

Payment

Niveau Earplugs accepts online payments with various payment cards and solutions. Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of amount

When using a payment card, both debit and credit, the amount of the purchase is reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the money is debited from the account. The reservation period depends on the product.

Authorisation on debit cards

With debit cards, you will see that the money has been reserved on your account and that your available balance appears lower. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

The money is only debited from your account and shown in your overview when the webshop processes and debits the payment for your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

Niveau Earplugs uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outside parties.

Right to complain

A 2-year right to complain is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to defects in material and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Niveau Earplugs as soon as possible after receipt of the item.

The right to complain lapses in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Niveau Earplugs covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints are not accepted if sent as cash on delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchases.

Please note: The 14-day right of return applies to purchases made on or after 2 September 2026. Purchases made before this date retain the 30-day right of return that applied at the time of purchase.

Earplugs are a hygiene product. Unused earplugs in unbroken original packaging can be returned within 14 days. If the earplugs have been used – for example placed in the ear – or if any hygiene seal has been broken, they cannot, for hygiene reasons, be returned, exchanged or refunded.
