All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, taxes, and duties.

Niveau Earplugs reserves the right for items to be out of stock and for typographical errors. When you order an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which confirms that we have received your order. A binding purchase agreement has thereby been entered into. If you do not receive a confirmation after your purchase, this may be due to an incorrect email address or the confirmation landing in your spam filter. Please contact us via the contact form if you have any questions about your order. We always strive to help you as quickly as possible.

Delivery in Denmark

Delivery will be 1-3 business days. If your purchase is over DKK 400, shipping is free. If your purchase is under DKK 400, delivery costs between DKK 45-50.

Payment

Niveau Earplugs accepts online payments with various payment cards and solutions. Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of amount

When using a payment card, both debit and credit, an amount equal to the purchase will be reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the money will be debited from the account. The reservation period depends on the product.

Authorization on debit cards

With debit cards, you will see that the money has been reserved on your account and that your available balance will appear as lower. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to lift the reservation.

The money will only be debited from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and debits the payment for your order.

Right to complain

A 2-year right to complain is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to defects in material and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Niveau Earplugs as soon as possible after receipt of the item.

The right to complain lapses in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Niveau Earplugs covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be accepted if sent COD.

Right of withdrawal

You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal on your purchases.
