All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, taxes and duties.
Niveau Earplugs reserves the right for items to be sold out and for typographical errors. When you order an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation by email; this confirms that we have received your order. A binding purchase agreement has thereby been entered into. If you do not receive a confirmation after your purchase, this may be due to an incorrect email address or the confirmation landing in your spam filter. Please contact us via the contact form if you have any questions about your order. We always strive to help you as quickly as possible.
Delivery takes 1-2 business days. If you buy for more than DKK 400, shipping is free. If you buy for less than DKK 400, delivery costs between DKK 45-55 depending on the delivery method.
Niveau Earplugs accepts online payments with various payment cards and solutions. Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When using a payment card, both debit and credit, the amount of the purchase is reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the money is debited from the account. The reservation period depends on the product.
With debit cards, you will see that the money has been reserved on your account and that your available balance appears lower. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.
The money is only debited from your account and shown in your overview when the webshop processes and debits the payment for your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

Niveau Earplugs uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outside parties.
A 2-year right to complain is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to defects in material and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Niveau Earplugs as soon as possible after receipt of the item.
The right to complain lapses in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Niveau Earplugs covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
Complaints are not accepted if sent as cash on delivery.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your purchases.
Please note: The 14-day right of return applies to purchases made on or after 2 September 2026. Purchases made before this date retain the 30-day right of return that applied at the time of purchase.
Earplugs are a hygiene product. Unused earplugs in unbroken original packaging can be returned within 14 days. If the earplugs have been used â for example placed in the ear â or if any hygiene seal has been broken, they cannot, for hygiene reasons, be returned, exchanged or refunded. See our return policy for details.
At NIVEAU Earplugs you have a 14-day right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The 14 days are counted from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to return an item, please write to us at info@niveauearplugs.com before the return deadline expires. We will then send you a return label and guide you further.
When returning, the product must be returned with the original packaging and all included parts.
As earplugs are a personal product used in the ear, special hygiene considerations apply. If the product is delivered with a hygiene seal, the right of withdrawal lapses once the seal is broken, to the extent that the conditions for the exemption in the Danish Consumer Contracts Act are met. If the earplugs have been tried â for example placed in the ear to test fit or sound â they are considered used and cannot, for hygiene reasons, be taken back.
Used earplugs are not accepted for return. For hygiene reasons, earplugs that have been used â for example placed in the ear â cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
All returned products are inspected on receipt.
1. Write to us
Send an email to info@niveauearplugs.com within 14 days of receipt. State your order number, the reason for the return and confirmation that the product is unused.
2. We send you a return label
Once we have confirmed your return, we will send you a return label. You cannot buy a label yourself via the webshop â always contact us first.
3. Pack the item securely
Pack the product securely in suitable shipping packaging. The product, the original packaging and all included parts must be returned together. Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
Make sure the parcel is securely closed before it is sent back.
4. Send the parcel back
Use the return label we have sent you and drop the parcel off at the designated parcel shop.
You are responsible for the return parcel until we have received it. We therefore recommend that you keep your proof of postage and any tracking information until your return has been fully processed.
You pay the cost of returning the item when you regret a purchase. If you would like a return label, contact us at info@niveauearplugs.com â you cannot buy a label yourself via the webshop. A fixed return fee of DKK 55 applies for the return label, which is deducted from the amount you are refunded.
Once we have received and approved your return, we process the refund as quickly as possible.
If you have received a quantity discount by buying several products and choose to return part of the purchase, the price of the products you keep is recalculated based on the price and any quantity discount that the remaining number of products qualifies for. The remaining amount is then refunded.
If your original purchase qualified for free shipping based on the order value, and the value of the products you keep after the return falls below the free shipping threshold, the free shipping lapses. In that case, shipping is recalculated based on the price of our cheapest standard delivery, which is deducted from the amount refunded â regardless of the delivery method you originally chose.
You can generally expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days. It is often faster. The refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few more business days before the amount appears in your account.
When returning items purchased at a discount or on sale, the refund is based on the price you actually paid, unless a recalculation applies as a result of a quantity discount as described above.
If you cancel the entire purchase, the original delivery costs are refunded in accordance with applicable law. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery, the extra cost is not refunded.
When returning only part of an order, the original delivery costs are not refunded.
The cost of the return shipping itself is paid by you and is not refunded.
The product, the original packaging and all included parts must be returned together.
You are liable for any reduction in the item's value if it has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
If the item has lost value as a result of your handling, the reduction in value may be deducted from the amount refunded.
For products delivered with a seal for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may lapse if the seal is broken after delivery.
