Warranty
You have a 2-year warranty from the day you receive the item. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it at no extra cost. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect use, accidents or modifications to the product.
14-day right of return
If you change your mind, you can return within 14 days from the day you receive the item. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, opened or used earplugs cannot be returned. Write to us at info@niveauearplugs.com before sending the item back, and we'll guide you further.
